Returns
We offer a 30-day, hassle-free return policy, effective from the date you receive your merchandise.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning your merchandise.
Return Shipping:
Shipping costs for product defects caused by us are our responsibility. Shipping costs for exchanges based on your preferences are your responsibility.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or style, please contact Customer Service within 30 days.
Exchanges are subject to the price difference (if the exchanged item is higher than the original order).
Exchanged items must also be unused and fully packaged.
Exchange shipping policies apply to returns and vary depending on the item and promotion.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item and verifying its correct condition.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Notes
Specialty items, such as personal care products, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
If an item is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact customer service immediately. We will be fully responsible.
