1. How long does it take to ship after placing an order?
We aim to ship within 1-3 business days of placing your order (excluding holidays).
2. How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number via email.
You can check the status of your package in real time on our official shipping website.
3. Is free shipping available?
All orders receive free standard shipping.
4. Do I need to pay customs duties on international orders?
International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, which are collected by customs and are the buyer's responsibility.
5. How do I change my shipping address?
If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
Once an order enters the shipping process, the address cannot be changed.
6. Can I return or exchange my product?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unused and fully packaged.
Exchanges may incur a price difference. Please contact customer service to obtain a Return on Account Authorization (RMA) number before returning or exchanging.
7. How long does a refund take?
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
